Happy pets, happy homes
FELLOWNEST is a small online pet shop for dog and cat parents who want a cleaner, calmer home and happier pets. We're based in Tallinn, Estonia.
Life with pets is wonderful, but it comes with fur on the sofa, muddy paws in the car, nervous nail trims and bath-time battles. We look for simple, practical tools that make those everyday moments easier, for you and for your pet.
What we stand for
- Practical, not gimmicky. Every product solves a real everyday problem: shedding, grooming, travel or boredom.
- Honest descriptions. We tell you what a product does, what's in the box and how to use it safely. No exaggerated promises.
- Free tracked shipping. Standard shipping is free on every order to the US, UK, Canada and Australia, and every order comes with a tracking number.
- Easy 30-day returns. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll help. See our return policy.
- Real people behind the shop. Questions about a product or your order? Email hello@fellownest.com and we'll reply as soon as we can, usually within 1 business day.
How we ship
To keep prices fair and shipping free, your order is packed and shipped directly from our partner warehouses. That's why delivery usually takes 7-15 business days after your order ships. You'll get tracking details by email as soon as it's on the way. Read more on our Shipping & delivery page.
