Refund policy

30-Day Returns

We want you and your pet to love your FELLOWNEST order. If you're not happy, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be unused, clean and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, grooming items that have been used cannot be returned unless they arrived faulty.

How to start a return

Contact us through the Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days with photos and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund - you won't need to pay any return costs.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked shipping service. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take extra time to post the refund.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it has been shipped. Once shipped, the return process above applies.

This policy does not affect your legal rights as a consumer in your country, including the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and Australia.
