Where we ship

FELLOWNEST currently ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. Prices are shown in your local currency (USD, CAD, GBP or AUD).

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders to these countries.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another with tracking details once it ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7-15 business days after shipping. Delivery can occasionally take longer during peak seasons, holidays or because of customs checks and carrier delays.

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number so you can follow your parcel. Tracking may take a few days to update after your order ships.

Customs, duties and taxes

Some orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country's customs authority. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Address and delivery issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your parcel is lost, arrives damaged or hasn't arrived within 30 business days, contact us through the Contact page and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
